OPEN POSITIONS

Senior Sales Business Development Specialist

The Company is searching for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to add to the dramatic growth Action has experienced over the last few years. We are seeking a business professional to sell our unique value added services. 

A review of responsibilities includes: 

- Generate sales through direct sales channel 

- Hunt, Identify and develop sales leads. 

- Identify new prospects and reach the correct and appropriate decision makers 

 - Present our solutions to clients 

- Control the contact through all phases of the sales cycle 

- Expand relationships with existing partners and customers 

- Identify client requirements using a consultative approach 

- Sell on value, negotiate with C level executives 

- Participate in development of new marketing and sales strategies 

- Participate in trade shows, networking events, etc., as needed to generate appropriate leads and sales opportunities 

Requirements and Experience: 

- Successfully completed a degree in sales or business communication with a business background 

- 3 -5 years of solid experience in sales and business development with increasing responsibility, success, and key account management

- Previous sales training, with a proven track record of significant sales growth in competitive, independent outside sales atmosphere. 

- Experience in strong investigative sales research to access key decision makers. 

- Proven success in acquisition and growth of new clients 

- Strong technical understanding and interest 

- Strong teamwork, commitment, and communication skills 

- Willingness to travel locally as required in pursuit of new business opportunities and account management 

- Keen attention to detail before, during, and after the sale
