Action Electronics company profile

Procurement

Our world-class procurement process can reduce a company’s purchasing cost base by an average of 8%–12% and deliver additional annual savings of 2%–3%. We work closely with your team to identify and realize savings across all spend categories and procurement levers, and we build your organizational capabilities so you can sustain those gains over the long term.

Kitting and Packaging

Kitting is a proven effective way to achieve air-tight inventory control and is a critical element of the lean manufacturing process. It enables the management of multiple components under a Kit Master Part Number while keeping full traceability of all parts. We can supply you with the components that are needed, in the amounts needed, and where and when needed with a variety of kit boxes or packaging choices.

Mil-Spec Packaging

Action is a seasoned supplier of military specification protective packaging. We have a large inventory of Mil-Prf materials such as Film Foil, Poly Kraft, and ESD in stock to fulfill your bag, cover, and liner needs with rapid turnaround times. We also supply wide width roll stock material, tubing, and sheeting all manufactured from Mil-Prf certified materials. We have the capability to custom manufacture bags, blankets, and shrouds to any size and quantity.

Inventory Management

Action has inventory management down to a science. We support this process by purchasing, supervising, controlling, and dispensing of Stock for Sale which is stored in our secure facility. We cover all aspects of stock management across the supply chain from the manufacturer to the point of sale manned by the retailer.
